Shipment costs depending on the order size, and on the destination country. The shipment costs will be shown at checkout once you fill in your address.

We ship globally with DHL Ecommerce and DHL Express to ensure your order will arrive in a good condition, environmentally friendly delivered, globally fast with all duties and taxes paid. We have chosen to work with a premium and eco friendly partner, to ensure not only our chocolate products, but also the delivery process will give you a premium experience the products deserve.

We ship with DHL GoGreen. We have active warehouses in Netherlands (EU), United Kingdom (GB), New York (US) and Dubai (UAE). We always ship from the warehouse that is located closest to your delivery address. Within these mentioned continents, your order will be always delivered with all taxes paid, no surprises at delivery.

The delivery time depends on the destination country, orders placed before 2PM will go out the same day. For Europe and US, your order should be delivered within 3 working days, other parts of the world 3-5 working days.

If it's hot in the sending country, destination country or any transit place for your package, we add enough icepacks to ensure your chocolates will arrive in a good and safe condition. We use special developed boxes, so our chocolate stay below 20 degrees celcius for up to 5 days, even if it's 40 degrees celcius outside!

We have a satisfaction guarantee, meaning if anything is wrong with your shipment, or if you are not satisfied about the quality of our products, you will get a refund.

We can't take any return shipments due to food safety, but reach out to our customer service, and we will get you a refund, no questions asked. That's how sure we are about the quality of our chocolate truffles
