Handling / Shipping time

All orders are mostly despatched the same working day, if ordered before 3PM Amsterdam time for EU/UK orders, and before 5PM Amsterdam time for orders outside the EU/UK. During peak season which takes place from August to December included, it can happen that your order will be despatched the next working day.

Shipping method

We ship our products carbon free with DHL Ecommerce for European and UK orders, and DHL Express for orders outside this area. If your tracking number starts with JVGL, your order is shipped with DHL Ecommerce NL and can be tracked here: https://www.dhlecommerce.nl/en/consumer/track-and-trace If your tracking number starts with JD means your order is shipped with DHL Express and can be tracked here: https://www.dhl.com/nl-en/home/tracking.html

Alternatively you could use Aftership for tracking, or wait for the status update via email. We always update you once it's out for delivery, delivered or ready for pickup in case the courier missed you.

Within Netherlands and Belgium, your order will be delivered the next working day after despatch. Within Europe, your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days. 

For orders outside Europe, the delivery time is 1-3 working days depending on the destination.

Import tax

For B2C orders (consumer orders), your order is always shipped with all duties and taxes paid.

For B2B orders (wholesale customers) this depends on the conditions agreed upon purchase. Please contact our sales team to request this information.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for your order can depend on your destination country, size and weight for your package. During the checkout process it will give you multiple options from economical to express where you can choose from.

Return Policy
